Dream catchers are an ancient spiritual tool of the Native Americans used to help assure good dreams. A dream catcher is usually placed over your bed. As you sleep, good dreams pass through the center of the dream catcher, while bad dreams are caught in the webbing and are destroyed by the morning light.
